Because of a power outage that occurred prior to tonight’s game vs. the New York Islanders, lighting in the northeast bank of the arena was unable to be restored.

In consultation with the Islanders and the NHL, it was determined that the playing conditions were unsuitable for players on both teams.

Therefore, tonight’s pre-season contest has been cancelled and will not be re-scheduled.

All Devils Black and Red Members and patrons in attendance will receive an equal number of tickets from tonight’s game to a 2021-22 Devils regular season home game. More information will be communicated directly via email at a later date.
